MGEX Tours and Seminars
On the National Register of Historic Places and designated for preservation by the Minneapolis Heritage Preservation Commission, the Grain Exchange buildings date back to 1903.
MGEX offers tours and seminars by appointment only, 10 days in advance. Group size can be from 10 to 40 people. Tours last 30 - 40 minutes.
Free tours of the three historic Minneapolis Grain Exchange Buildings include:
- A walking tour of the three buildings
- Education on the development of MGEX
- How the Exchange helped Minneapolis grow
- Structure and purpose of MGEX

Parking is available at the adjacent Haaf Parking Ramp and the Gateway Parking Ramp. There is also plenty of meter parking adjacent to the Exchange Buildings.
